It's the principle of the thing - she can be made to speak, and prevented from deliberately leaving anything out, and Seraph Check 6 will reveal anything she accidentally leaves out.

It doesn't actually take any doublethink for a Cherub to assume that "continuing to exist as a demon" is a more terrible fate than soul-death, and thus a fate that the Bal-Seraph needs to be protected from. Indeed, one of the vignettes of Dominic talking to one of his angels uses this exact logic when convincing a Cherub to rat out his Outcast friend even if it risks the latter's soul-death.

More seriously, if a squad of demons arrive in the middle of a currently defended Tether which is being personally attended by the Archangel of Judgment himself so he can try, judge, and punish a recent traitor, then they are demons in the same room as the Archangel of Judgment himself and will probably just flee.

And if a PC suggested it, I think it should earn their character some questioning on why they're trying to 'game the Symphony.'
All Cherubim - and frankly, all angels - have at least 3 Celestial Forces. This seems reasonable, because all angels want to pass their Perception rolls more often than not, which requires a minimum Perception of 7; all angels want to pass their Will rolls ever, which requires a minimum Will of 2; and the character generation rules do not allow fractional numbers of Forces to be assigned to a realm.

Also, if the Jumped Seraph is a Servant, you can force them to do things no matter how high or low the level. Even if you statted this until-quite-recently Seraph, who specifically asked to be the one kind of demon that is still effectively a Seraph, to maximise Will at the expense of Perception despite this running directly counter to her resonance - and then gave the master only one (1) Celestial Force - Dominic can Celestial Charm her before the Cherub gives her orders.

Also also, this is largely irrelevant because Will Shackles exist and will force her lips open regardless.

Not a convenience to be given and taken lightly.
While only Michael would completely fail to see the problem with mocking ceremony in the name of pragmatism, most major Archangels are pragmatic, or they wouldn't be major political leaders and decision makers in the middle of a world war. If it's important enough that you're bringing in a Cherub of the Wind, it's important enough that you can make them an Acting Cherub of Judgment for the duration of the trial.
