Cleric + Old Bites Rules

To make a long story short, looking at the old bites (assuming Munchkin Fu as well since it has gaki and demons) rules sheet it is written that anything that had either demon in the title or described in the text as a demon got a bonus against clerics. The new printing has no mention of that prior practice, so does the rule still stand or is it now a "House Rule"? Thanks again

Any specific rules about interactions between sets will be in Blender.
