The player fighting the Monkeys decides which monster's Bad Stuff to duplicate.

What happens if the monster lending the Monkeys its Bad Stuff is removed from combat?
Are the Monkeys still imprinted with the removed monster's Bad Stuff or are the Monkeys looking for a new lowest level monster in combat and copying the new monster's Bad Stuff?
Do the Monkeys disappear if there's no other monster in combat anymore or are they still in combat with one of the monster's Bad Stuff imprinted?

Since the Bad Stuff doesn't matter until a character is Running Away, it would matter most what Monsters were in the combat at that point, not before. So if there were two Monsters and Monkeys, and one is removed, then Monkeys would have the Bad Stuff of the only remaining Monster.

Given the dependency of a combat for the Monkeys to exist (i.e., if you found a Curse, you wouldn't be automatically drug into combat while The Monkey House was an active Dungeon), if there are no other Monsters, the combat would be over, so the Monkeys would wander back to their habitats.

So, just to clarify, there can never be a case where the Monkeys are the only monster in the combat?
