Wating for Santa question

on the Santa-hat card it says that it gives you an extra hand but on the bottom of the card it says -1 hand. Is this an error?

Nope. An Item that uses one Hand says "1 Hand" at the bottom, so one that gives you an extra Hand says "-1 Hand."

No, it's not an error. That is usually where the requirements are indicated. Employing a one handed item (uses up a hand) would say "1 Hand". This is doing the opposite.
