It doesn't really make much sense though, (which hardly really matters in Munchkin but still) that weapons from Space and Impossible are "magic". Since it is just this one monster card and it specifically says "magic" items, I'd be inclined if it ever actually came up in a blender game (which I seldom play anyway) to allow weapons from those sets to work. Otherwise, why doesn't it merely say "items"? I don't think it'd break the game in any case.

Indeed. It doesn't make sense. There's actually nothing in the rules to identify magic items from normal items.

Fortunately, I know I'm right.
Being a megalomaniac _is_ a prerequisite to become a Regional Director.

You mean you don't know what new class is going to be introduced in Munchkin 5?

I didn't claim I was all-knowing.
I claimed I was always right :)

Plus Erik D. Zane, the Lord Munchkin _is_ always right, I merely _claim_ it.

Jesus guys, it's just flavor text. Pick up a marker and remove the "magic" part if it's that hard to accept.

I don't agree with that.
The sentence on the Gummi Golem card is a rule, not a flavor text.

Thus the question "What are magic items?" is as valid as "What are weapons?" or "What is clothing?".

So is "Why are we wasting our time on this?" In the game sense, all the Items in Munchkin are magic items, but since we need to blend these games from time to time, a "magic items" reference in Munchkin refers to all Items when blending for simplicity's sake.

So sayeth me. How's that for egomaniacal?

A Bastard Class? Wow, thanks for the insight.
