Default Extra Arm only for two handing weapons

What would the limitation value be on Extra arm if it can only be used for bracing a one handed weapon or effectively wielding a two handed weapon one handed.
Or is there a better way to model this

I would just go with Weapon Mount.

I as thinking that plus a small additional limitation of Not Only Hand or something and maybe Extra-Flexible so it can be used with either normal arm

The two are probably about balanced: I'd call it a special case of Weapon Mount and be done with it.

If you feel that's too much, call it a Perk (Can use a two-handed weapon with one hand without penalty).

An invisible, indestructible extra arm only useful for holding weapons is Extra Arm (Force Extension +50%, Low Signature +10%, Weapon Mount -80%) [8].

I had it on my last Dungeon Fantasy Mystic Knight and it was enormously worthwhile for carrying a shield while using a bow and then being able to switch immediately to two-handed katana use. If I'd had more points, I'd have upgraded to two of them and wandered around with a shield, katana, naginata, and a longbow and used any or all of them as the situation warranted.

the main difference is that my idea wouldn't allow you to hold a weapon with the extra arm unless you were also holding it with one of your regular arms
in effect you could use one arm as if it was two

The Limb Limitation for Striker to merge it with an existing appendage in combination with Weapon Mount makes sense to me. You have an extra arm, only for weapons that is really just one arm doing the job of two.

Extra Arm (Limb, -20%; Weapon Mount, -80%) [2]

I don't think you need No Signature, just say he has a beefy/strong looking arm... it's not like it's invisible, and when he wields to handed weapons one handed, people will see! Rather than mess with Flexible, I would just buy it twice, once for each arm.
