Couple of 4th Edition Rules Questions

I'm preparing to run my first Gurps campaign and have been running through some hypothetical combat situations. I have some questions.

1. If a character, say with a bow, takes a turn to aim at a target and that target subsequently moves, what happens? Does the character lose the aim or is it assumed he/she is tracking the target?

2. Is there a to hit bonus for a target that is prone or sitting?

Appreciate any assistance in clarifying these.

He's tracking.

Penalty, actually. This is in the tables in Campaigns, p. B551. Those back tables are key, because they hold a lot of info that either isn't anywhere else, or is scattered through the books.

Though note that there is also a penalty to active defenses

I was actually just going through those tables and found my answer, I thank you for your assistance though.
