Can you discard cards to pay for multiple abilities?
Let's assume this scenario is taking place: Player one has two cards in play that allow him special abilities at the expense of three discarded cards. The first one is called Oxford Education (From the Steampunk set). It requires he discards three cards, and then he can take the top card of either discard pile. The second card is a Yakuza class card (From the Munchkin Fu set). It allows him to discard three cards and take the top monster in the discard pile. If player one discards 3 cards, can he take advantage of both active bonuses in play, or does he have to choose only one?

Re: Can you discard cards to pay for multiple abilities?
We usually don't answer questions about multiple sets in the 101 forum, but I can answer the general question without dealing with the specific sets: you are not allowed to "double dip" when discarding to power abilities. If you have two abilities, each requiring you to discard two cards, you must discard a total of four cards.
