Munchkin Harry Potter (Stupefy Curse)
Just a quick question that came up during a game, A friend played the curse Stupefy on another player during combat after some one shots were already played. Stupefy states that the player must discard all one shot items. Does this include one shots that have been played in combat or just ones that are on the table or all to include the ones in a players hand?

Ones that have already been played into the fight stay in the game.

Your final question is easily answered by the rules: cards in the hand are not targets of any effect that doesn't SAY it cards in the hand.
