Default Coat of arms and item type changing enhancers

Can the coat of arms allow you to carry an extra big item.

Also can you curse somebody with lose your headgear while they have the "Funny Shaped" item enhancer on headgear or foot gear and it is designated as headgear without them being able to change what the item type is before the curse takes effect or all curses immediate?

Thanks,
Thunderbird

Not by themselves, but if you're a Dwarf or you have another card that says you can have an extra Big Item, it will give you two more Hands to equip it.

If they're declared that it is being worn as Headgear, it's vulnerable to anything that targets Headgear.
