[Powers] Warp under the hood mechanics
Hello.
I'd like to know what is inner mechanic of Warp modifiers. Particulary, how one could build an ability with the same mechanics of time spent and skill bonus/penalty.

(Reliable +10, +50%; EITHER Hard to Use -21, OR Immediate Preparation Required, 8 hours -32%;Variable + 5%) would be +23%, if it were allowed at all (it's not, Hard to Use is incompatible with Reliable, and maxes at -12 besides), which suggests:
Preparation Time +25% This ability, which must already have an activation roll (including Requires (Attribute) Roll or Unreliable), uses the Preparation Time table for Warp (p. B98).

Thanks. But there's Variable component there, so it adds at least +5%. But then it's 25-30% anyway.
