Pedantic note (sorry). She's queen of the United Kingdom, not of England, and in 1941 was a princess, not queen. Queen Elizabeth of England died in 1603, and there has been no king nor queen if England since 1707.

This is not to say that England, Wales, nor Scotland has lacked a monarch since then. The Royal Book of Lists records that she sent back a gift from Scotland due to the engraving referring to her as the first of her name.

There was significant controversy over the issue of her regnal number in Scotland. It ended up being decided that a monarch can use whatever regnal number they like, with a convention that they use the higher number from the English and Scottish sequences.

No need for a handgun. She has guards if she needs firepower, and as the "principal" in a bodyguarding situation, her job is to get to cover and take orders from her bodyguards as necessary to protect her life.

I've also wondered if those bulky overcoats she wears and massive purses she carries aren't custom designed with a few layers of Kevlar, or even some ballistic plates, inside them.

That would justify her Survival skill, at least at low level.

I don't know how much of her own tracking she does, however. Presumably, she has ghillies/gamekeepers to help her.

Animal Handling (Dogs) covers her noted skill as a dog breeder and trainer.

Possibly, Hobby (Hunting) - to cover the laws, conventions, etc. associated with killing things for sport.

Also, add Meteorology/TL at a low level. I can't imagine any outdoorsy person in the UK who doesn't have a bit of that skill.

I think that the Royal Family would benefit from Social Regard (Respected) as well as Status because they have spent a great deal of time cultivating their image. In the case Queen Elizabeth II, I would expect that she would have Social Regard (Respected) 4 as well as Status 7 and, probably, Diplomacy-20 (she has had an awful lot of practice over the decades). On a related note, most sovereigns in contemporary constitutional monarchies probably benefit from Social Regard (Respected) as well as Status.
