That means uploads are no more than 24 years old in 2100 and have no real track record as to their potential longevity. They're definitely playing catch-up to organics in that department. Without computers made out of living metal I don't really see how they could.

Nothing that will lengthen my life. Anything that will make me healthier while here.

(Ideally, I'd want the Morally Ambiguous Fairy to give me a potion that gives me perfect health for the rest of my life, which is half as long as it would otherwise have been. But that would be over in GURPS Magic or In Nomine, not THS.)

Void Dancer. I plan to live and work in space at the turn of the next century.

Those goals (in the TS setting) don't require genetic transformation. The Zero G adaptaion and the radiation repaor can all be done by nano.

Recent pain convinces me that a bio-mod that released anti-inflammatories made by your body into your bloodstream at will would be grand. Reducing the capacity for inflammation would probably be dangerous. Thus being able to deal with inflammation afterward would be the better choice.

Although I am male and staying that way, if I was in the World of Transhuman space and about twenty-five years younger, I'd want an Androwomb. Not having a child the idea of being able to get pregnant and have a child would fulfill a dream.

I think that in a realistic world with Transhuman Space's biotech, more than a few cisgendered males might opt to get an androwomb. Not everybody who'd want a baby wants marriage, or if they do want to wed, they might not have found the partner they want. More and more women are having children alone, with a higher biotechnology men might make the same choice.

Just creating a child would be simple due to bioroid technology.
An androwomb would only be necessary for bio-males that want to gestate a child, which sounds like a very uncommon trait for cis-males that don't want to just go bio-female for the period.

Most upgrades I'd choose would be mainly to improve me to normal and fix what's been damaged.

But for proper proteus virus transhumanism, I'd like to boost lifespan, my senses, and try out different body plans to see what I like.
I don't know if I'd prefer a male or female, big and brawny or petite body.

My target traits would be improved DX (for dancing and not falling into agaves or generally being a klutz) and Language Talent (a lifelong dream is to be highly multilingual, but I appear to have "Language Incompetence" and am struggling with even one language beyond my maternal one). Looking at all the options, nothing really works unless you count Utopia, which might not exist and which is in any case a munchkin power fantasy and not my cup of tea. Something between Alpha and Metanoia would be fine; maybe I could commission a custom job.
Attribute Modifiers: DX+1 [20]; HT+1 [10].
Advantages: Attractive [4]; Language Talent [10]; Longevity [2]; Resistant to Disease (+8) [5].
Quirks: Imaginative [-1].
Features: Taboo Traits (Genetic Defects, Unattractiveness).
Graceful, healthy, good-looking, long-lived, and a gifted communicator – but without being some visibly different thing others might hesitate to accept as human. I'd take that.

As a fat guy with Aspergers and arthritic feet, I can so relate.

Again yes to lifespan extension. I'd pick male, big and brawny.
