Wizard clarification

In another post one of the Wizard's possible actions after turning over a monster card was listed as:

Charm the Monster (if you have at least one card in your hand).

It says on the Wizard card you have to have at least 3. Am I suffering from an earlier print, or am I reading a post from before the change was made?

The "at least one" text is from earlier printings.

If you're going to reference an older post, please include a link to the older post so that we can glean the context, and perhaps modify said post or add our own clarifying post to the thread. It makes it easier for Andrew and I to do our jobs.
