More seriously, though, my wife and I both trained in Hwa Rang Do (well for me it's past tense due to a neck injury, she's still training) for about nine years. We cover weapons, grappling, striking . . . all sorts of stuff. For the project I'm working on, I can't tell how many times, I've said: "Alina . . . stand here, three feet away from me," or "Let's work through the [FNORD] warm-up drill and translate that into these concepts." Handy to have someone around who knows both GURPS and fightin.
