I do know that some rules are reworded, because I have had discussions online about some rules that are worded differently in that version. I suppose that it incorporates at least some of the errata, since it is slightly newer. FYI I have had an offer for my extra Deluxe Edition box, but if for any reason it should fall through, I'll let you all know. Sean |

If the Blue one says Second Edition, not too much. If it doesn't, then tons of things changed. :)
You can compare errata to see what disappeared between them: http://www.sjgames.com/carwars/books/previous.html From what I understand, there are very few changes between the Blue Second and Black Second Compendiums. Unfortunately, I don't have a Blue one to compare with. :(

Well, yeah, they changed the fonts, sample graphics, borders, etc. giving the book a new layout. The Errata mentions that the index is useless.
I meant: there are very few rules changes between the two books. ;)
