You've convinced me to move Exorcism and Mind Block out of the Mundane list.

My intent with these listings is to allow rapid identification of appropriate/inappropriate skills. E.g. If a skill only has utility in a magic campaign, it's now in the Magic list, even if the skill itself is mundane.

Personally, I'd have a separate list for mundane skills that would only be workable in a magical/psychic/whatever setting.
