too many cards!!!or not enough space?

well here is my issue i run a fairly large munchkin club were we meet regularly about twice a week i am the sole deck provider as i have every set that has come out so far they are divided into doors and treasures of each set in the small card boxes you get from comic book shops the original cards are in large boxes as they cannot fit in any other boxes such at the boxes of holding what makes it worse is i plan to cover all the cards with sleeves thus making them larger i have purchased 3000 penny sleeves for this project {even tho they don't fit quite as snugg they were cheap}long story short.
i really wished we had official munchkin penny sleeves that fin in official munchkin boxes that fit all the munchkin cards

Sleeves are too expensive -- we've looked into this several times over the past few years, and the answer's always the same.

yeah i get that but the boxes dont fit normal sleeves

Standard American Card Sleeves - http://www.amazon.com/Clear-Sleeves-.../dp/1589945131

I haven't sleeved any of mine yet, but the sleeve dimensions are only slightly larger than the cards. Cards = 2 3/16" x 3 13/32". Sleeves = 2 1/4" x 3 1/2". Those should have no problem fitting into the box.

You can make boxes or go to a craft store. Id like to make something that holds all the cards and is spring loaded, pushing cards forward from an enxlosure.
