I agree with the "HORSES!" opinion stated a couple of times.

I kind of think of horses as gadgets, in those TLs. They serve a similar function to a motorcylce or a car, and are on screen practically the whole time in many (probably most) stories set in TL3. That said, you probably would need no more than one page for horse breeds and husbandry, and fulfill it to my satisfaction.

I also agree with a lot of poster's view that the amount of space dedicated to weapons should be less than in HT, if for no other reason than that there are fewer statistics for them. I may be the exception, but I think that much more detail than we have in Basic Set would be unnecessary.

Travel time rules are a must, I think.


ETA: Also, it looks like there'd be some interest in a GURPS: Stone Age PDF.
