Stone Rhino-Tiger
I'm fairly new to playing and could spend hours coming up with this, however many of you have years of experience.
How many points would you say a Stone rhino-Tiger would be? I want to make him an ally but not really sure what his stats would be. What would be cooler is if some of you artist types could draw a picture. Perhaps his stripes would be moss..... :) |

Would probably need more information on what a stone rhino-tiger is.

Not really sure....sounds awesome though. Two of my favorite animals. I'm thinking about having a wizard/scout with an animal ally.

Re: Stone Rhino-Tiger
Take a template for a rhino, and one for a tiger, merge them (taking the higher value traits when they conflict), and add the Body of Stone Metatrait.

Re: Stone Rhino-Tiger
ok, well, one's a large plains herbivore, and the other's a forest ambush predator. So... I'd start with Quadruped [-35].

It's the Internet. It's bound to be out there somewhere.
http://kristenplescow.tumblr.com/pos...e-land-animals I was amused to find the very first sentence of "Animals and Monsters" Quote:
You might be interested in all or part of the Body of Stone meta-traits on B262 and Wild Animal on B263. The point total could be anything you need to fit the campaign, tweaking up or down as appropriate. OF course, more points is more awesomeness. |

Re: Stone Rhino-Tiger
True, but if you lose too much of the rhino shape, it just looks like a tiger with a horn. Yes this specific example is made of stone, but I'm sure not all Rhino-Tigers are, they still need that extra ST and natural armour!

Re: Stone Rhino-Tiger
Here you can find a rhino and a tiger.
First of all, a rhino is about ten times the mass of a size of a tiger so you'd need to define the mass. Then you'd need to define what cool things you want to keep from either animal. And then make it into stone.

I must say, in all sincerity, this is perhaps the most interesting conversation I've read in awhile. Yes, a Stone Rhino-Tiger sounded cool...but now I know it would be awesome!
