One last question I hope, and appropiately it's about death

This hasn't been a problem yet, but I like to nip things in the bud.

On Death the rules say:

You
keep your Class(es), Race(s), and Level (and any Curses that were affecting you when you died)

We have been reading Level (singular as going back to level one) are we right or if we start playing other more experienced people are we going to get arguments

Your Level stays where it was. If it was meant to change, the rule would have said explicitly "You go back to Level 1."
