What enhancement modifier would be fair for Mind Control (Can Attempt to Mind Control targets you are Mind Reading, +X%)?

(Telecommunication, -20%) is something you can add to Mind Probe and Mind reading that requires you to be using one of the Telecommunication advantages to contact the target first. That can probably be used for a guideline.

Something like +20% sounds good?

yeah, I might even go with +10% since you have to meet the same qualifiers to use Mind Reading. For both powers you can affect anyone you can see or touch, so adding those your already mind reading would just cover the situations where your reading them then they go out of sight.

Mind reading is already classed as a "touch" isn't it?

Telesend is. Mind Reading seems to be more like listening than forcing your way into the target's mind, for that purpose.

Mind Control can already operate on a target you have 'touched' with Telesend or Telescan, so it isn't any worse than Mind Reading in that regard.
