Default Limitation: Requires (Skill) Roll?

I was thinking about making a power which results would be dependent on a skill roll. Okay, easy enough. Take GURPS Powers limitation Requires (Attributes) Roll and voilà. Unless, I want to make the result more effective with a more successful roll.

For exemple, let's take a generic Magic Blast 5 (Requires Magic Roll; -??%) [??]. I would like the use to use 1d of damage on a success roll, 2d for a success by 1, 3d on a success by 2, etc.

Then, for a less powerful version of this power, it could be 1d for a success by 0 or 1, then 2d for a success by 2 or 3, etc.

How much would you charge for the first version, -10%? And for the second, -20%?
