Can't edit profile

I can't seem to edit my profile, are their restrictions for new members?

Yes, as an anti-spam measure. When you reach a reasonably low post threshold, the system will recognize that and move you to the fully registered user group. It may take a few hours, however; it's an automatic script and it only runs at set intervals.

Approximately how long? I only have this weekend of unrestricted online access before Im back on my ship. sjgames forum is then inaccessible due to poor signal/security firewalls and it is very frustrating to only be able to lurk.
