Default Trap! Lose x Gear vs. Stackable Gears

If I encounter a Trap! Lose the armor you are wearing, and I have multiple armors that may be worn along with other armor (Hong Kong Thong, Neon Kimono, etc.) can I choose to lose one of those armor or am I forced to lose all of them?

That one is in the FAQ:

Q. If I draw a Curse that says "Lose Your Armor," and I have an Armor card sideways, can I lose that one to satisfy the Curse?
A. It depends on the exact wording of the Curse. If the Curse says "Lose the Armor You Are Wearing," it must be Armor that you are using (and therefore gaining the benefits of). If it is "Lose One Armor," you would lose any single Armor card you had in play. And if it is just "Lose Your Armor," discard everything you have in play that is Armor. (As mentioned below, Cheated Armor is still Armor!)

Therefore, you would lose it all.

But it says "the armor" not "the armor(s)". That's why I was confused. For a game that relies on wording, it must be very specific.

"armors" is not the plural of "armor".
In English you just say "one armor", "two armor".

Fair point. I learned something new about English. Thank you!
