When I made the ruling I made it clear that this was a one off and if anyone got hit by anti-matter in another game then they would have to take the penalty as the only way of losing the card.

http://forums.sjgames.com/showthread.php?t=32106 Although it mostly deals with Cthulhu's "Weapon Becomes Evil" card, it's quite similar to Antimatter. To keep the game moving and to try not to confuse the new player too much, that was a good one-time, on-the-fly ruling to use in the situation. I thought that these were in the FAQ already?
