Former ADQ Editor Charles A. Oines is currently a Production Artist for computer games and lives near me in Redmond, WA. I have not met Charles, however. A few years ago, a Post-Apocalyptic Discussion Message Board was created on TMP. This message board forum regularly discusses Car Wars, Gaslands, and other car combat games. Dr. Barton works in IT and security, and plays miniature wargames.
