Spooky Head! [1]

Spooky head is a perk that gives you the ability to scare people by being a disembodied head. Good for bonuses to intimidate while bodyless. Heck, and it rounded it off to fifty points.

As for the advantage, it works a bit like this. Whether from cutting damage to the neck, or as an act of will, you can remove your head from your body. It then can run around at a move of 5 and attach itself to any headless body. After an hour, the head will drop dead from lack of nutrients/magic mojo/superscience goo, etc. During this time, your body is inert and useless. On the plus side, you take no damage from your body being injured.
Switchable doesn't work that way. It allows you to switch the trait "on" and "off"; it doesn't att uses the traits doesn't have. So you can have or not have IT, but you can't detach your head without taking cutting damage: I'd go for Cosmic for that.

I believe there was a discussion about this when Powers came out. As I recall, Kromm suggested it would be a +0% modifier to be able to remove body parts at will instead of being removed by cutting damage, or the +50% Cosmic modifier to have both.

I'm not sure whether the ability to attach to new bodies could be modeled by simply adding Cosmic to this advantage; I would think it would be more a specialized form of Possession.

Edit: Here is the post. I had difficulty finding it, because I didn't spell "independant" correctly in the post title. Shame on me. It was not a ruling by Kromm, but a suggestion by naloth. The post may be of interest.

On the plus side, you take no damage from your body being injured. If you do attach to another body, it is assumed to have the same physical stats as your original one. The fact that you get a new healthy body is balanced by you having to steal a headless corpse. Your mismatched head and body make you look rather freakish as well.

Attack of the Whirling Wind [75]

Extra Attack 4 (Multi-Strike, +20%; All-Out, -25%; Single Skill, -20%) [75]

With what seems a single motion of your favorite weapon (choose which!) you can deliver a storm of full-strength blows against your adversaries. Using this ability requires an All-Out Attack manouever. You make five attacks, one of which can be a Rapid Strike or a Dual-Weapon Attack, and you can move up to half your Movement; however, you have no active defense until your next turn. Use this ability carefully.

Sorry, but All-Out is -25% (Powers pg 110)...

Talent: Ninjaness level one [5 Points]

Visualize the death of your foes and watch it happen. When fighting large beasties, like Krakens, use your Ninja luck to insure that that beasty goes down! Kill for fun and profit. Afterwards, wail on your guitar, which is by the way, included in Sneaky Assassin Stuff...

EDIT: Ninjaness powers are a 0% modifier. Nothing can stop or interfere with Ninjaness.... NOTHING!!!

How about:

Innate Burning Attack Lvl 20
Disadvantage: Berserk CR6 -20%
Disadvantage: Pyromania CR6 -10%
Disadvantage: Bloodlust CR6 -20%

You can use your fire, but be prepared to flip out and destroy everything about you that you don't like...

Way to win at life, Fnordian. I tried giving homage to the powerful ninjas in an earlier post involving their juggernautic genitalia, but apparently it backfired.
