My change was rejected?
I hope this is the right place to post this (I have contacted the store, but I'm covering all my bases). I log in, put some stuff in my crate, go to check out, and get an error message "The change you wanted was rejected. Maybe you tried to change something you didn't have access to." I haven't changed anything. Thoughts as to why I can't get anywhere? I've tried three different browsers.
ETA: fixed it. Never mind. How do I delete threads?

Care to share for those of us having the same problem?

Re: My change was rejected?
I'm getting exactly the same problem. I've tried logging out and clearing my cookies, with no luck. I've also tried different browsers on different devices - also with no luck. However, it I view the source on the error page I can see the comment "This file lives in public/422.html" which tells me that we may be dealing with Rails 4. I dunno.

Re: My change was rejected?
I completely re-entered my password, address, and phone number for both my billing and shipping address. Even though I hadn't changed any of them in the first place. I have no idea why it thought they were changed, but that did the trick. At least for that time--hopefully it'll still work the next time I want to buy something.

Re: My change was rejected?
Hmmm...that does seem to do the trick. Maybe this issue is triggered if you haven't saved all of the mandatory fields in your profile for it to pre-populate the checkout screen? If so, it's weird that it throws a cryptic error message rather than prompting you to fill in the missing information.

Re: My change was rejected?
Thanks! I had the same problem, and I discovered that my shipping address had been deleted for some reason. Entering it anew has allowed me to proceed.

Re: My change was rejected?
Hi Everyone,
This issue is related the shipping and billing addresses being blank in some Carts for a few customers. I'm still looking into what exactly caused this but the current fix is to simply go into your Account and edit/update your address. If that does NOT work for you please contact us at info@sjgames.com and be sure to let us know you tried editing your address already. Thank you, Brandon

Re: My change was rejected?
Faolyn's fix worked, but I want to report that you may have to take the extra step of logging out and then logging back in before completing your order.
