Actually, it looks like all of your fonts are messed up, or at least all of the fonts that are used in fillable areas. The "10" in each of the attribute boxes is supposed to be larger; the numbers on the encumbrance table are supposed to be slightly higher so they're above the line; and of course the DR box text is much larger than it's supposed to be.

They are fine with the forms turned off:

Doesn't really matter that they look funky while being filled.
