Default The Last Gasp and Running/Digging/Paced Exertion

Is there any thread on this already? If not, how do you handle paced running, digging, and other long term exertion when using The Last Gasp?

The usual HT vs. Fatigue per minute for paced running seems awfully harsh (based on my experience in Track and Field as a mile runner) with the slower fatigue recovery rate, but the AP costs for running are for acceleration and deceleration, not for sustaining your speed.

If you click on the "the last gasp" tag I just added, at the bottom of this thread, Forums will show you all the threads with that tag.
