Whatever world ISWAT uses as headquarters would probably have to be a low-to-normal mana world, since they have magic-using operatives (and possibly even magic-dependent ones like fae).

Forgot about that. And since Infinity hasn't discovered any unpopulated worlds with mana, Mammut-3 would seem to be unworkable. However, ISWAT might get around that with a massive reality shard. Which is kind of a crazy solution, but ISWAT is a fairly crazy group, and inhabited worlds are a pain to put bases on.

Maybe a non-canon Mammut world with mana and only a small cave dwelling population? I guess this could technically cause the Secret to be revealed, but out of any possible native population, cavemen are most likely low on the priority list. It would all depend on how strict Infinity would be about the Secret (which I gather is usually very strict). Even then, ISWAT probably has a bit of leeway with the rules.

"What do you mean, new recruits? They can't work anything more complicated than a rock pile!"
"But Sarge, Fred here ..."
"Fred?"
"Easier than their real names, sir. This one here's Fred. The shorter one is Barney. Now, sir, about those rock piles ..."

An idea that is kind of interesting.
Create a base out in the Atlantic during a primitive time with no ocean travel.
Later wehn people get close scuttle the base and sink it never to be seen again.

Someone may have done that on Homeline, once...

(... but then, that's probably what you were thinking of).

Possibly plot point: Homeline Archeologists discover evidence of ancient parachronic conveyors, built when copper was the new wonder-material for axe-heads... but where did the builders go, and are they still out there?
