Ok, some playtesting observations
Overall, the basic scenario seems fairly balanced, but definitely slanted toward the defense if for no other reason than they know which building is important. The cruise missiles definitely have a huge impact *cough* (if they hit). I was sure the defense was going to win until all the HWZ and half the remaining defense got wiped out in one shot. The defense still won, but it was a lot closer. That's a lot riding on the CM though. Without that, it is a lot harder for the attacker, but it's supposed to be hard :-) Ultimately, the defense is thin and crumbles if a crack develops around the decoys, but doesn't break; there aren't enough defensive units to protect everything, but INF are very effective at stalling when they have cover. Definitely worthy of a few replays with different force mixes.
