New version or re print of frag

Will there ever be a new version of frag or it go back into print?

Would PDFs of out of print games, boards,cards,tokens,etc ever go up for sale on warehouse23?

I'm in the uk and I've been looking for a used game for sale and haven't seen any except ones that are really expensive.
