Increases the quality of a weapon and toughness at the usual rate. "Will Not Break" is a step above Super-fine

Reliable Weapon
Increases the reliability of a weapon with moving parts. "Will Not Malfunction" is the last step (Above Critical(Verify).

These seem on the weak side for Imbue skills. I certainly wouldn't require more than Imbue 1.

Reinforce Weapon (Pyramid #3/13, p. 18) makes a weapon unbreakable (for parrying heavy weapons) and undamageable (for parrying unarmed or against force swords). It requires only Imbue 1.
