I do know that the recent EU law that talked about protecting personal information had the potential to hit blogs hard, and if one didn't have the time and energy to comply with the notification and management requirements, that "just stop blogging" seemed an attractive option.

Oh, poop! I am well aware of the law, it is called GDPR, and yes it cost time and money to implement at my company. That is a shame, as I immensely enjoyed the blog! :(

It's hopeful that it'll get overturned. Hopeful.

Some new content on my blog, recently raised from the dead:

Tactical Shooting: Mission: Impossible -- Fallout
takes a look at a shootout in that movie. Short but sweet.

Cheers

I have a question. In the 1st second you have "He is hit in the vitals for three times 2d+1 pi+ (average 36 damage points)." I fail to see how you arrive at that number. 2d+1 averages to 8, multiplied by 3 for vitals I get 24. Does one then add the 1.5 multiplier for pi+? I thought you weren't supposed to do that and that's the way that we have been playing.

Yes, that is so. Copy and paste error. Thanks for making me aware.

Cheers
