I don't have my books with me, so I can't cost it out, but:

Modular Ability:

1) Snatcher (Will roll required)
-or-
2) Snatcher (Always works, Costs 5 FP, can only be used to satisfy a Dependency)

1. Affliction (Accessibility, Self only; Advantage, +1 ST; Cumulative; Extended Duration, Permanent; Trigger, Succeeding at a HT roll to avoid death).

What doesn't kill you makes you stronger.

2. Affliction (Advantage, +2 IQ; Attribute Penalty, -2 ST, -2 HT; Disadvantage, Workaholic).

Work smarter, not harder.

3. Regeneration (Slow; Nuisance Effect, Cannot recover HP via external means like First Aid, Physician, Healing, spells, potions, etc.) + Regrowth.

Time heals all wounds.
