Re: Gurps Supers Case Study: Batman
There might be some balance issues as some things that were 5 pt Ads in 3e are now just Perks. Alcohol Tolerance, No Hangover, Sanitized Metabolism and so on.

Re: Gurps Supers Case Study: Batman
So upping the cost for climbing line and swinging perks out of Supers 4e to 5pts would probably be more appropriate for my edition. That seems appropriate. The sidebar for swinging seems like it will be helpful for when I want to upgrade his grapple line and increase its combat potential.

Bad Temper seems harsh...might be a good way to model a young impulsive Batman though.

Re: Gurps Supers Case Study: Batman
I ran a Batman Continues campaign. Bruce Wayne was retired from age and injuries so that the new generation (PCs) was having to take over.
I had Wealth, Multimillionaire 3 - 2,000,000,000 Independant Income 1 - 20,000,000 / Month Has Swinging as well as Catfall -10% parachute to represent the cape. The Perk Fearsome Stare that lets you do a Intimidate with just a look really fits Batman |
