Default Infinite Wordlines

Post your worldlines if you've got them. I figured I should stop posting my random ideas on the "What Worlds Would You Like To See in Alternate Earths 3" since it's off the title topic.

Starting off with...

Lang, 1962
Current Affairs
The faded United States of America's tottering, second-generation dictator president stands toe to toe with the Soviet Union on the brink of oblivion over the positioning of Soviet nuclear missiles on the island of Haiti.
Divergence Point
1916; populist demagogue Hiram Garber Lang is elected to the presidency of the United States and rules through a cult of personality and thuggish tactics until his death in 1941. His son, Robert "Bob" Lang inherits his wealth and power.
Major Civilizations
Western (empire with sattelites), Orthodox (empire with sattelites)
Great Powers
United States of America (dictatorship, ), Soviet Union (dictatorship, CR5)
Worldline Data
TL: 7 Mana Level: low
Quantum: 6, Infinity Class: P3, Centrum Zone: Orange

Lang is a world stuck on the brink. Discovered several months ago, it's still in a state of stand-off between the two superpowers over the missiles in Haiti. The US has blockaded the island but the missiles and Soviet forces present have remained and are ruthlessly rationing supplies. Things could blow at any moment, which is why only Infinity personnel have been allowed on world so far. As a world both on the edge of apocalypse and one where the US has been a dictatorship for decades it poses both a fascinating research subject and a problem of morals (do they help the US or the Soviets gain the advantage in order to try to avoid nuclear war?).
