Lobster claw
How would you stat a limb like the claw of a lobster, crab, or scorpion? Specifically, I want it to do damage and grab a hold of the target in the same snapping action, but be useless or nearly useless for wielding weapons and tools, and completely incapable of anything requiring fine manual dexterity. A Striker with a special enhancement to enable grappling? Or one with a linked Constriction Attack? Or as an arm (one of the default pair, or an Extra Arm) with some combination of enhancements and limitations?

Re: Lobster claw
I'd build this with Ham-Fisted, with a +50% enhancement to apply the DX penalty to any tools. Just take that disadvantage if the only thing the creature has are those sort of claws. On the other hand, if they have those claws, but also more normal hands that they can use, I'd use something like Temporary Disadvantage on the Extra Arms that had the claws - use the value of the disadvantage as a limitation, except halve it, because unlike standard Temporary Disadvantage, it doesn't apply to the whole character when the Extra Arms are being used, just to those specific arms.
