It is an ancient secret, which Eli has revealed to only a small fraction of his servitors, but they are indeed capable of creating Primordial Clay

in ancient times he was Freer with this secret, but in modern times he is exceedingly reluctant, likely because the inevitable trade with outcastes, and renegades, or even Free lilim, this attunement would inevitably result in, would, also inevitably, attract attention from Judgement, and possibly also the game as well.

The Elihite with this attunemt, may banish himself to Limbo, (as PEr Heaven and Hell)

By benefit of this attunemt, he doubles his Celestial Forces, for purpose of determing how often he must roll to maintain his concentrataion.

Furthermore, when he has enough essence gathered to create a new vessel, he may spend 150 Essence, per level, to create primordial clay.

Most Elihites who know this attunement, arrange for a few friends to be ready to send them essence to speed their return.

Note, even for the highest regarded elihites, the need for discretion tends to limit player abuse of this attunement.
