Re: Words to the wise about those medium-sized character pads
Thanks for the inspiration!
I just ordered some 4x6 recipe card sleeves, so will see how they look. Inexpensive -- $12 for 100 sleeves. I think the TFT pads are 3.5x5", at least according to the PDF size, so there will be a little "wiggle" room, but it's an experiment. |

Re: Words to the wise about those medium-sized character pads
there are poly bags in 3x5" available from craft and cooking supply places...
Here's the title of one I found; 3" x 5" Polypropylene Flat Bag, 1.5 mil (100 Pieces) [FP1H35] $1.02 "With 3" x 5" of usable space, these bags are good for smaller candies or single serving products. These high clarity polypropylene bags are clearer and stronger than traditional poly bags. Made from food safe, FDA approved material and available for pennies." There are also archival quality poly sleeves for negatives - not nearly so cheap, but extremely clear. (I've encountered them when I worked for the National Archives - they are TOUGH - and clearer than sales bag or penny-sleeve card sleeves. |
