Re: Speculation: e23 GURPS releases for the rest of 2009.
I'll note that the bulk of the 3e stuff doesn't need to be scanned, just converted. Splitting hairs, perhaps, but an important distinction to the final PDF we put up for sale.

And to be more precise, according to my calculations: The following 3e (non-licensed) titles are Out of Print, and not available as PDFs (yet): (10 total) Space Atlas 4, Space: Terradyne, Supporting Cast, Time Travel Adventures, Undead, Voodoo, Transhuman Space: Deep Beyond, Traveller: Alien Races 2, Traveller: Planetary Survey 3 - Granicus, Traveller: Planetary Survey 6 - DarkmoonAnd there are a further 69, 3e (non-licensed) titles currently In Print, and not available as PDFs (yet) - so I underestimated that list a little! |

If I recall correctly, titles which are still In Print are of lower priority than titles that are Out Of Print, mainly because one can still buy them.

Correct. There's this whole complicated priority structure that I daren't share, for one look upon it would drive mortals mad - mad - from its dire and terrible structure. Suffice it to say, we prefer OOP to in print, and "easy to convert" over pretty much everything.

And unfortunately if you need to scan the books page by page because the files are too old to convert digitally, then OCR the scans, and finally check for errors, the process can't be considered easy to convert. *suspects Terradyne and Space Atlas 4 fall into that category* :-(

Updated for final (GURPS) October release, which was as predicted DF7:Clerics.
I'm feeling reasonable hopefuly that Novembers releases will be correct, although there are the 2 rumoured Free items which might be dues soon, perhaps we'll get a Free item as well as another item! |

I am disappointed though, the 2 GURPS items do nothing for me (even Free), and we didn't get any of the predicted November releases all of which are on my Buy Now list. Guess I'll just put my wallet away until next week. |
