Default [Sorcery] Building D&D style chain lightning

The main thing I'm struggling with is how to properly stat it in terms of the bounce to the next target mechanic. I'm looking for feel here not exact translation of a particular edition's flavors.

We discussed something like an ROF with accessibility (each shot must hit a different target) and ricochet, but I feel like Gurps should have a more cut and dry version.

Any ideas?

I talked about this a bit in this thread (specifically this post and this one)
