Divine Intervention WITH Class change
Let me explain the scenario we faced.
Me, Player A, a level 9 cleric. My brother, Player B, a level 9 thief. My turn ends with me not leveling up to 10 and play passes to him. He kicks down the door and its a divine intervention. He plays a cleric card and says "hah, I win!" then I remind him I am also a cleric and we tie. However, clear up some "can play at any time" questions for me. I realize he can play the class change on his turn, at any point as long as he is not in combat. However, would he get the benefit of the divine intervention if he changes to cleric AFTER the card has come out? He said "I played them at the same moment" since he likes the "can play any time" part...however I am torn by this... Divine intervention came out - THEN he played his cleric card to become a cleric. Thoughts? |

Re: Divine Intervention WITH Class change
He can't retroactively change his Class in response to DI. Congratulations on your solo victory.
