Mean Medicine
Mean Medicine is an item, since it has a GP value, so it can be played to the table (but would give no bonus unless Cheat!-ed in).
From the text, I would assume that once it has been used on a hireling, it remains attached to that hireling and cannot be sold, but I’d like an official ruling on that. Is it still even considered an item, for all intents and purposes? I can’t see how it could be stolen or traded either. Lastly, would it add the the value of a hireling that can be sold (not that I play with any sets that have a hireling like that)? |

Re: Mean Medicine
I'm going to start off by saying that this is kind of a weird card, so it's possible I may re-evaluate these decisions later (and it's also possible there are similar cards that we've ruled differently in the past -- throwing that out there for the "gotcha" crowd).

Yes, you could sell the two cards together.

Re: Mean Medicine
Thanks for the quick and clear response!
I don’t have the card in front of me, but I would guess that Smart Pills have the same text and therefore the same restrictions on being brought into play? |
