A quick question

So apparently asking about epic rules is not a rule question, so I’ll ask here.

With the last version bring almost 3 years old has anyone come up with something fir the newer games? We like epic here but since the rules haven’t been updated and I’m told they are not going to be updated, I’m curious of what others are doing fir theirs.
