Default Death Stalkers question

Can a Death Stalker retain a lock on their target's soul after they kill them?

(Neat name, it so beats being a Wind Wheel.)

I'm away from my books, so I can't give an exact page reference, but I believe the answer is "no." Once a target is destroyed, an attunement is typically lost for both Djinn and Cherubim. (And "killed" is usually taken as the human equivalent of "destroyed," since a Cherub takes dissonance if a human they're attuned to is killed, even though the human's soul may be in Heaven, Hell or recycled back onto Earth.)

PS -- Now you've got parodies of old children's programming going through my head: "Wind Wheel, Wind Wheel, spin me around..."
