Rules clarification: damage scaling...
It's been a while and I wanted to refresh my memory on how damage is determined for muscle-powered weapons.
I think that the base damage is determined by strength. Let's say a 19 ST Ogre fellow uses Thrust Damage with a Composite Bow. Base damage before any other modifiers is 2d-1 thr. We'll give him the Bow skill at DX+2 Now lets say he has the Strongbow Perk from Power UPs. This modifies effective ST by 2 for a base damage (ST 21) of 2d.
Is this right? I am thinking that we do not scale this based on the ST chart (which only allows a #d+2 before going up a d)? Just want to make sure. Thanks!

Looks right to me. The GM may require you to use the optional rule "Modifying Dice + Adds", from p269 of the Basic Set, in which case it changes to 4d+3.

That looks correct to me. All the modifiers except Weapon Master aren't relative to damage dice, so +6 for those and then +4 for the WM bonus.
