Flaming Arrow Bundle...um where is it?

I came across this somewhere and for the life of me I have not been able to find it again.

I think it was in Dungeon Fantasy...but I did a search (1 & 3) and it didn't come up. It's not in Basic, Magic, Power-ups, or Lo-tech either...

Quick Equipment Kits in Pyramid #3/106 has some pricing for quivers of flaming arrows. That's the closest to a "bundle" of anything called "flaming arrows" that I can find.
